1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above Rs. [your amount]
  • Flat Shipping Rate: Rs. [amount] on orders below threshold

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
  • Please ensure availability on call for order confirmation (if required).
  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.

7. Damaged / Open Parcel Policy

  • Please do not accept the parcel if it is:
    • Opened
    • Damaged
  • Report immediately to our support team for assistance.

8. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political disruptions / strikes
  • Courier operational issues

However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
